Palo Santo wood comes from a tree Indigenous to South America and is very popular in the countries of Ecuador and Peru. The wood is traditionally used as an incense in ceremonies and rituals as well as for keeping away mosquitos or “bad” vibes. The smoke has a very pleasant aroma of citrus, mint and pine. The wood is very resinous and produces a vibrant essential oil through vapor distillation. All Sacred Wood Essence Palo Santo is naturally cured on the forest floor from 4 up to 10 years and is ethically harvested, offering sustainably high quality Palo Santo products.
