Once we receive your exchange/return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/credit/refund.
We will approve all exchanges/returns as long as the garment is in unworn condition.

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority shipping for both domestic and international packages.If you need faster shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Disclaimer on lost or stolen packages
Please provide a safe address to receive your package. If the packages are "Delivered" via the USPS system but not received by the customer, it will be considered stolen. Umba Love will then submit an insurance claim, but this takes time to process. Best is to provide a safe address upon shipping. Lost packages (packages that do not show as "Delivered" via USPS tracking system) are at the responsibility of Umba Love to provide a new item to the customer.
